THE CLIENT

My client is a growing Social Housing Specialist covering London and home counties who are continuing to grow as they have just won some new long-term contracts. They cover everything including installs, maintenance and emergency call outs for repairs.

THE ROLE

My client is looking for 2 experienced domestic gas engineers to work across postcodes KT21, KT22, KT23, RH3 & RH4.

• Combi for combi
• System for system
• Heat for system
• Hanging radiators when required
• Miscellaneous tasks as required

Typical installations work out at £300-£320 per job (with TRVs, extensions and the odd radiator)
Skip for rubbish within 2 miles of jobs
Materials delivered to site pre 9am

THE CANDIDATE

You will need to have the below to qualify for the role:
• CCN1
• CENWAT
• CPA1
• CSCS Card
• Asbestos Awareness
• Own Van & Analyser

We are happy to interview candidates who do not have Asbestos or a CSCS card providing they can show proof of getting it prior to starting.
