JOB TITLE: Property Manager

THE CLIENT:
My client is a well-developed Property management company who manage properties all over South West London. We are looking for a pro-active, energetic and experience property manager with lots of initiative to contributing managing large portfolio of properties.
Some of the duties listed below:

• Once licence termination is advised, monitor license progression on LL Manage
• Conduct room checks – Verify that bedroom(s) is/are ready for habitation – furniture, cleanliness, key
• Regularly visit all LL properties, inspect drains and gutters, quality control checks after cleaners, check for mattress protectors, bicycles and adhesive materials on paintwork
• Ensure all maintenance issues are logged on LL Manage
• Liaise with LL maintenance staff re all maintenance issues
• Assist with ordering of materials as required
• Survey and log new gardens as property acquisitions occur
• Liaise with LL gardener re gardening requirements for each property
• Show prospective licensees around properties
• Regular liaison with Letting Agents about new properties coming available
• Ensure updates and improvements are suggested for LL Manage in line with business expansion
• Ensure all re-selling deals with suppliers are monitored and honoured

Hours of Work: 7-5
Holiday: 20 days + 8 bank holidays
Vehicle: Pool Cars at offices
