My client is a well-established leading industrial roofing and cladding sub-contractor specialising in the refurb market and have developed their own system for service which is independently audited and work with many of the top UK surveying practices across the UK.


They are currently looking to recruit a strong Business Development Manager to cover South of the Thames including Kent, Surrey, South Essex, and Berkshire, the ideal candidate will have roofing and or cladding sales experience for either Industrial or Commercial premises.




· Identify prospective premises and approach the owners directly

· Arrange meetings with possible customers

· Help survey the building

· Update and maintain CRM

· Carry out presentations

· Achieve agreed financial targets and KPI’s

· Attend client meetings on site

· Adhere to all company standards in relation to Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Service

· Have a clear technical understanding of the products and systems they specify and install

· Respond and follow up on sales enquires




· You must come from an industrial or commercial roofing or cladding background

· Be a strong business developer

· Have a good understanding of the same Route to Market (RTM)

· Show good presentation skills

· Have excellent customer service

· Have an ability to close

· A minimum of 5 years sales experience
