Retained Service/Executive Search – The Just Group are able to act as a fully outsourced recruitment arm of your organisation and conduct a recruitment process on your behalf. The recruitment process is tailored to meet your organisation’s specific needs, through detailed consultation and constant communication with you at every stage of the project. We will dedicate a bespoke team to conduct a thorough search and selection exercise ensuring that we reach the top notch industry talent and find that perfect candidate. The stages of this project are as follows:

  • Initial client meeting
  • Market analysis and creation of a candidate specification
  • Search strategy
  • Name generation and candidate identification
  • Approach, qualify and interview to create a short list
  • Basic referencing, present short list to the client
  • Narrow to 3-5 (Client Interviews)

Contingency Service – Here at The Just Group we offer a contingency based recruitment service whereby we are only paid for the successful placement of a candidate. We provide a detailed search of our database, Job boards and other resources available to find the right candidate for a vacancy. Candidates are not submitted until we make sure that they closely match the vacancy brief and person specification provided by the client.

Firstly, In order to produce the required results we need to ensure we understand the client brief in as much detail as possible. We will start out by discussing your specific role requirements with you ensuring we know exactly what you want. To make sure that we have a good idea of exactly what are looking we will, with your assistance, put together a detailed candidate brief. Once you are happy with what has been put together, we will conduct the search.

Next, we will get out into the market speaking to candidates who fit the bill, whether that be with candidates from our extensive database or someone specifically targeted. We will only ever put forward a maximum of three or four high quality candidates that have been carefully selected for interview. We do this so that the calibre of candidates shines through and you find what you are looking for.
